RDSS PACS Contest Prizes

RDSS – The Modern Sartin Methodology – is pleased to return as the primary sponsor of the PaceAdvantage Challenge Series for 2013. This year, RDSS is providing $1500 in primary and supplementary cash prizes over the 7 Contests, and to the Player of the Year finalists.

In addition, in each of the 7 Contests in the series, the winner will receive a 2 month RDSS Unlimited TrackMaster Data prize along with a subscription to the RDSS software and 2 hours of one-on-one mentoring (a value of $346). Runners up to Player of the Year each receive a 4 month RDSS Unlimited TrackMaster Data and subscription prize (value: $648)

Further, in each Contest, an additional 2 month RDSS Unlimited TrackMaster Data prize (value $346) will be awarded by draw from those contestants who enter the RDSS prize draw (enter their names in a Poll), winner to be drawn at random by Jay Trotter. Anyone who enters the RDSS prize draw in a given Contest who does not win is automatically entered again in all future Contest draws. Players can enter the RDSS prize draw again in each Contest, thus the more Contests you play and the more times you enter the draw, the greater your chances are of winning a RDSS data prize (limit of one draw prize per person; player must complete the Contest to qualify). One final random draw winner following the final Contest will also be awarded a 4 month RDSS Unlimited TrackMaster Data prize and subscription (value: $648)

The total value of RDSS Cash, Data and Subscription prizes this year is $8981.00

RDSS – Racing Decision Support System – is the modern continuation of the Sartin Methodology founded by Dr Howard Sartin, often considered the 'godfather' of pace analysis. RDSS is a modern, user-friendly Windows application which implements classic Sartin components of incremental velocity, deceleration, energy distribution, Early/Late analysis, the Matchup, Total Pace Ratings, Brohamer modeling, 'wagercapping' and much more. Over the years, its adherents and admirers have included some of the luminaries of modern handicapping, including Tom Brohamer, Jim 'The Hat' Bradshaw, Dick Schmidt, Michael Pizzolla, Tom Ainslie, Mark Cramer and others.
